Equipment Needed for Players

For All Leagues:

• Soccer ball

  • U4-U8 size 3 (fall 2024 and spring 2025 seasons birthyears 2021-2017)

  • U9-U12 size 4 (fall 2024 and spring 2025 seasons birthyears 2016-2011)

  • U13+ size 5 (fall 2024 and spring 2025 seasons birthyears 2012 and older)

• Shinguards

• Water bottle

Grass or Turf Leagues:

• Soccer cleats

  • No front/toe stud (some leagues do not allow this, which is common on football cleats)

Futsal Leagues: 

• Flat bottomed shoes (indoor soccer shoes or tennis shoes)

Optional:

• Hand-held ball pump

• Bag or backpack for equipment

• Sunscreen

• Bug spray (especially if practicing at Vineyard Park)

• Goalie gloves (U9 and older, if goalie)

Equipment Recommended for Coaches

For All Leagues:

• Clipboard, paper, pen

• Timekeeping device

• Colored penny for goalkeeper to wear (U9 and older)

• Goalie gloves (U9 and older)

• Hand-held ball pump

• Ibuprofen (for adults)

• Hat and sunglasses
